BlockAtlas is a free web-based platform for creating maps, visualizing geographic data, and playing geography-related trivia games. The Service includes map creation tools, data visualization, interactive games, and related features.

3. Accounts

Account creation is optional. You may use most features of the Service without an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of BlockAtlas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Maps and visualizations you create using the Service remain yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon deletion, your account information will be removed. Anonymous game history associated with a cookie identifier (not linked to an account) is not affected by account deletion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
